Kaalan Walker is a Los Angeles native actor and musician, whose breakout year in 2018 saw him starring alongside Halle Berry and Daniel Craig in Kings and landing a major role in the Superfly remake. At the same time, he released his debut album, In Due Time, showcasing his raw talent and authentic voice. Just as his career was beginning to take off, Kaalan’s life took a devastating turn.

His trial was tainted by media bias, prosecutorial misconduct, and a deeply flawed legal process, an all too familiar outcome for young Black men in America. Before he ever stepped foot in a courtroom, the court of public opinion had already declared him guilty.
